Day 2

They say that the first day is going to be the hardest, well, that's certainly a lie. Already half way into day 2 and I've contemplated masturbation 6 times. It certainly does not help me being next to a computer for the majority of my day, seeing as my work revolves around the use of computing. Which also puts me within an arms reach of the internet, which we all know, is porn haven. I'm running out of stuff to do, which puts me in a risky state. The nausea and trembling is still there, but slightly better. I really need a goddamn hobby to keep my mind of fapping. I've thought about going running but it's too cold here. I'm up for suggestions.

    If you can't afford a gym membership, why not try to invest on some home gym equipments. You can start with a barbell bar and some weights.
    Also, doing some bodyweight exercises could keep you busy for now. (mis/fit/s might disagree with me here but doing some bodyweight exercises but it's better than doing no exercise)

  5. Honestly, you should just try doing some exercises which don't require using the gym. Or you could even just go outside and just take a walk. For some reason when I at least move around and stuff, it takes my mind off of masturbation.

  18. replacign excercize with anything that you are trying to get a way from is always a good choice. Want to run one out? 20 jumping jacks for you.

    Want to try to fuck a pillow? thats 20 Burpies (standing position, drop dowwn to pushup, do 1-5 pushups depending how beefy you are, then hop back up to standing. Repeat sets of 10 or 20.

    Looking at your moms dildo as if it were a giant candy covered chocolate bar that you would love to reverse-eat? Thats a fucking 10 mile jog for you. dont forget to sprint for a minute and walk for 5. Repeast 10 times.

  19. sup OP back from an awesome fap sesh here, and I have to say, I'm feeling DAMN GOOD. why, you ask? because I decided to just do nofap weekdays, with optional weekends. This leaves 5 to 6 days to build up a load to blow right into a girls face when im ready. You see, by doing this, I am eliminating a huge chunk of the challenge, making it useful to stop fapping, but not depriving myself of anything when Im turned on and dont have a hottie begging to be pummeled. Who knows, maybe I'll end up going on longer. This is the most kick-ass system evar. however, I agree that you should do something a little more strict judging by your past behavior. so good luck to you sir, ill keep checking up on your journey, my only advice is to watch your back, cause they rapin e'rebody out here!
